Non-phone projects are completed promptly from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Phone-related services, such as inbound/outbound calls, are available after regular business hours (5:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST on Saturdays).

Should your practice require additional support, extra hours are available at a specified rate, ensuring flexibility to adapt to your growing needs.

    The Precision Medic Package offers 100 hours of premium support per month, designed for practices with higher demands or those requiring more comprehensive, round-the-clock assistance. This package provides extensive coverage to ensure all your practice's needs are met with precision and efficiency. With full access to all services provided by Diamond Assistant Solutions, you can confidently rely on our expertise to streamline your operations. Offered as a contractual agreement, this package ensures both clarity and commitment to delivering top-tier support. Should you require additional hours, they are available by request, offering the flexibility to accommodate your practice's evolving needs.

    FlexCare offers an exclusive on-demand healthcare support service designed to evolve with the dynamic needs of your practice. With this package, you have complete control over the number of hours and can tailor the support you receive to perfectly align with your practice's specific requirements—all without the commitment of a fixed contract (min. 5 hours per week). While charged at a premium rate, FlexCare provides the agility and responsiveness necessary to navigate a constantly changing healthcare environment.
