After high school, I pursued education in hopes of building a career in healthcare on the front-lines. However, I eventually realized the roles I aspired to weren’t the right fit for me. The demands of the profession require the ability to witness patient trauma firsthand—something I knew would be emotionally challenging. But that didn’t stop my pursuit of happiness in the healthcare field.

Throughout my journey, I've developed a diverse skill set applicable to any industry. Yet, I always felt a sense of unfulfilled purpose and a glass ceiling that hindered my growth. Before opening my virtual assistant agency, I had the pleasure of working as a Medical Reimbursement Specialist and Provider Representative—roles that gave me both purpose and gratification. Currently, I serve as a Revenue Cycle Specialist, further expanding my expertise in healthcare.

Recognizing my passion for this field, I strategically entered the virtual assistant industry, carving out a niche as an independent contractor offering executive and administrative support. I thrive in this space! I am also continuously working on certifications to enhance my professional development. Why? Because my passion drives me. Onboarding Process for Hiring a Virtual Assistant at Diamond Assistant Solutions

  • We typically conduct video meetings, but if you prefer a phone call, that's perfectly fine. You’ll be able to select your preference on the Contact Form. During our conversation, we'll review the information you provided to better understand your needs, ensuring compatibility and consistent delivery of high-quality results. This is also the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions or share concerns. If your needs align with one of our predetermined packages, we can provide a service quote during the call. For custom packages, you'll receive a proposal via email within 24 hours.

  • Excited to move forward? Fantastic! Once we receive your documents and payment, we'll schedule your Onboarding/Strategy Call. Your Client Portal will become active at this stage.

  • At this stage, we'll finalize the onboarding process on our end and reach out to gather any necessary information to smoothly integrate with your company, including credentials and company programs. Once everything is in place and our plan is solidified, we'll begin our work.
