Service Details FAQs

  • Yes, we offer phone support through our After-Hour Service, which includes both inbound and outbound calls. For all other services that require phone communication, we conduct outbound calls during regular business hours.

  • No, your contract term will be based on the agreement between both parties. The contract will also outline early termination information.

  • You'll have a primary assistant and a backup. The backup, trained at no cost to you, ensures uninterrupted service if your primary assistant is unavailable due to reasons like vacations or emergencies. After onboarding, if necessary, we can assess the workload after 45 days. If you're already on our Diamond Package and genuinely require a second assistant, we're happy to assign one. If you're on a Silver or Gold Package, instead of adding a second assistant, it may be worthwhile to simply upgrade your package. In any case, the backup typically serves as the second assistant, trained at no cost to you. While availability may vary, we'll strive to accommodate your needs.

  • Our listed services showcase our specialized expertise. However, if you require something not listed, please utilize our contact form to provide details. We'll assess whether it falls within our area of proficiency. We prioritize quality, ensuring we only take on projects we're confident we can consistently deliver exceptional results for.

  • Unused service hours do not carry over to the following month. Our service operates on a monthly basis, and any unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle to ensure clients receive optimal value within the designated timeframe. We encourage efficient utilization of allotted hours to maximize service benefits.

  • To upgrade or downgrade your package, please inform us in writing via email. If submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month, the change will take effect the following month. For submissions after the 15th, the change will occur following the month after.

  • As a new service is introduced, Lachelle will be responsible for managing the accounts. This approach ensures client satisfaction and seamless operations.

    While Lachelle has previous experience in corporate settings as a medical provider representative and reimbursement specialist, which involved handling CPT/ICD-10 codes and researching claims, she is currently in the process of obtaining her billing & coding certification, which includes extensive training. Once the service is available and consistently validated for client satisfaction, Lachelle plans to invest in certification for team members interested in providing these services.
